Factory A
Our plant located at 6th km of Bandirma-Balikesir Road is producing DCP 18%P, MDCP 20%P, MDCP 21%P, MCP 22,7%P which is a rich calcium and phosphorus source especially for poultry feed. We are a leading company in local market with a capacity of 300.000 tons per year and contribute to our economy through exports to European and Middle East countries.
Our company as being first in Turkey has started producing STPP (sodyum tripolifosfat), one of the phosphate salts. STPP is mainly used in detergent and ceramic production and our plant has a capacity of 36.000 tons per year.
Food Grade and Technical Grade Phosphoric Acid Production Plant is again a new plant established in Turkey. This plant has a capacity of 21.000 tons per year and includes product shipment section, ancillary section with steam and water systems, laboratory, dining hall and social facilities.
Factory B
Pasteurized Egg Production Plant located at Aksakal region of Bandirma has a yearly production capacity of 15.000 tons pasteurized egg. Our company is the leading company in Turkey together with the advanced production technologies.
Egg powder is produced specially in our plant having ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP and ISO 22000 certificates and presented to the customers in 20-25 kgs packages and in bulk. Yearly production capacity is around 750 tons.
Factory C
In shelled egg production plant having operations at Manyas-Yenikoy, there are egg coops, chick feeding coops, control laboratories, cold storage houses. Location of our plant is selected carefully and there is no industrial plant around the area. Our plant is 10 km away from the main road and surrounded by green lands and cultivated fields. The yearly production capacity is 150.000.000 units of shelled eggs per year. Produced eggs are stored in present cold storage houses.
Feed production plant meets the feed requirement of our shelled egg production plant with a capacity of 75.000 tons per year and besides feed is being sold to local market
Organic fertilizer is used as a regulatory in soil in order to increase efficiency in agriculture. Our plant in Yenikoy produces organic fertilizer and has a capacity of 36.000 tons per year.
