OUR COMPANY
From food to agriculture, experience in production.
Our activities date back to 2001. Our production infrastructure, which spans fields ranging from eggs to feed phosphate, is today organised under three production complexes.
Complex A focuses on phosphate and mineral processes, Complex B on industrial egg processing and Complex C on the production of shell eggs, feed and organic fertiliser. Together, these distinct areas of expertise make up the company's broad product portfolio.

A.B Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş. brings together different process disciplines for food ingredients, animal production, mineral compounds and agricultural inputs. We run these disciplines under one corporate roof, across our three production complexes in Bandırma and Manyas.
Ingredients that add function in production
Our portfolio includes ingredient options for a variety of food processes: enzyme and phosphate groups, dry blends, and chocolate- and biscuit-based products. We define each product by its own process temperature, dosage, purity grade and target function.

From shell eggs to processed egg
At our Aksakal plant, we process shell eggs from our own farms into pasteurised liquid egg and egg powder. We offer egg powder as whole egg, white and yolk.

Animal nutrition and mineral sources
We produce feed and feed phosphates for animal nutrition, and STPP and phosphoric acid for different classes of industrial use. We offer each product group separately, according to its area of application.

Soil and organic products
At our Manyas plant, we produce organic fertiliser by composting manure from hens fed on our own feed. It is used in agriculture as a soil conditioner.

The requirements for a mineral raw material are not the same as the quality requirements for an egg ingredient. That is why we address commercial, technical and operational matters together with our customers.
Defining the need
The requirement is clarified on the basis of the sector, the end product, the process method, the required form and the technical properties.
Identifying the product family
Distinctions such as food grade, technical grade, egg fraction or feed mineral type are evaluated.
Specification and compliance
Legislation, quality documents, the technical data sheet, packaging and logistics are confirmed for the product concerned.
