A.Ş., acting in its capacity as data controller, within the framework of Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, in order to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data are processed, the legal grounds for the processing, the method of collection, to whom your personal data may be transferred, and your rights under the KVKK.
Your personal data, such as your name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address, etc., that you share through the contact form on our website are processed for the purposes of the performance by our business units of the work necessary to enable data subjects to benefit from the products and services offered by our company, the conduct of the related business processes, and being able to contact you regarding the matter about which you have applied. Furthermore, we have no absolute control over the information you share through this form. We recommend that you do not share with our Company your personal data that you do not wish us to know or your special categories of personal data.
The personal data in question are processed by automated means on the basis of the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely “processing of data being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject” and “processing being necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation”, and will be shared only with the relevant judicial authorities in the event of legal disputes.
