Production Complexes

We organise our production across different fields under three complexes. Each of our facilities specialises in its own field of production.

INTEGRATED PRODUCTION

3 complexes

The operations of three separate production complexes, on the Bandırma–Balıkesir Road and in Aksakal/Bandırma and Yeniköy/Manyas, complement one another.

Complex A facility
BANDIRMA - BALIKESİR ROAD, KM 6
MINERAL AND PHOSPHATE PRODUCTION

Complex A

Located at km 6 of the Bandırma–Balıkesir Road, Complex A houses production lines for sodium tripolyphosphate and food-grade/technical-grade phosphoric acid as well as feed phosphate.

Feed phosphate production covers the DCP 18% P, MDCP 20% P and 21% P, and MCP 22.7% P product groups. Industrial phosphate production serves the needs of different sectors such as feed, detergents and ceramics.

PRODUCTION / TECHNICAL APPROACH

Complex A: production lines and processes

Where mineral chemistry and phosphate technologies meet, Complex A brings together calcium-phosphorus sources for the feed industry and STPP and phosphoric acid production on a single site.

Mineral compounds and the start of the process
RAW MATERIAL / PROCESS / PRODUCT

Mineral- and phosphate-based raw materials

In our phosphate and mineral production, product grade, composition and raw material properties are our starting point.

Facility activity

Feed phosphate production

We produce the DCP, MDCP and MCP product families as sources of calcium and phosphorus for the poultry and compound feed industry.

Facility activity

Sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP)

We produce STPP, a phosphate salt for technical sectors such as detergents and ceramics, on a separate line for non-food industrial use.

Facility activity

Food-grade and technical-grade phosphoric acid

Two product grades with different purity and application requirements, offered with a clear distinction between the correct grade and the intended use.

OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS

From raw material to final product

At Complex A, our phosphate products pass through controlled stages from raw material intake to shipment.

  1. 01Raw material identification

The chemical composition, particle properties and purity levels of the inputs are defined.

  2. 02Reaction and process control

Depending on the chosen production route, solution properties, reaction parameters and chemical conversion are controlled.

  3. 03Conversion to product form

Operations such as drying, granulation, screening or classification are applied according to the target product grade.

  4. 04Laboratory evaluation

In our laboratory, phosphorus/calcium content, purity, solubility and possible impurities are checked according to the product grade.

  5. 05Shipment in the appropriate grade

Specification, labelling and shipping requirements differ between feed-grade, food-grade and technical-grade products.

QUALITY / PRODUCT SUITABILITY

In our feed phosphate production, we monitor digestible phosphorus, impurity control and chemical composition as priority quality points.

Complex B facility
AKSAKAL, BANDIRMA
EGG PROCESSING

Complex B

Located in the Aksakal area of Bandırma, this complex focuses on the production of pasteurised liquid egg and egg powder. It brings together production technologies that turn eggs into different forms for industrial use.

The egg powder product family includes whole egg, egg yolk and egg white powder. These products are used in a range of food processes, including bakery, cakes, mayonnaise and confectionery.

PRODUCTION / TECHNICAL APPROACH

Complex B: production lines and processes

Complex B is an egg processing site that treats pasteurised liquid egg and egg powder as two different ingredient formats for industrial food production.

Egg powder as a dry ingredient
RAW MATERIAL / PROCESS / PRODUCT

How egg products are processed

With our liquid and dried egg ingredients, we meet the food industry's different storage and usage needs.

Facility activity

Pasteurised liquid egg

We break eggs from our own farms without hand contact, pasteurise them and supply the mayonnaise, cake and pastry industry in stainless steel tanks.

Product groups

Whole egg, yolk and white powder

The different fractions of the egg are considered according to dry ingredient use, storage method and functional recipe requirements.

OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS

From raw material to final product

At Complex B, we process eggs in controlled stages, from receiving to packaging.

  1. 01Receiving and sorting

Incoming eggs are checked against quality criteria and directed to the relevant processing flow.

  2. 02Breaking and fractionation

Eggs are broken in automatic breaking machines without hand contact, and the white and yolk are separated.

  3. 03Filtration and pasteurisation

The liquid egg passes through cleaning separators and is homogenised; pasteurisation destroys harmful microorganisms without impairing its natural structure or nutritional value.

  4. 04Controlled transfer of the liquid product

Filling, storage and transport conditions for the pasteurised product are evaluated together with temperature control and microbiological targets.

  5. 05Conversion to powder form

Egg powder is obtained by drying in spray dryers, where moisture and functional properties are managed.

  6. 06Packaging and traceability

We supply egg powder packed or in bulk, as the customer prefers; moisture, solubility and batch identification are checked.

QUALITY / PRODUCT SUITABILITY

Complex B holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP and ISO 22000 certificates.

Complex C facility
YENİKÖY, MANYAS
ANIMAL NUTRITION AND AGRICULTURE

Complex C

The production complex in Yeniköy, Manyas houses shell egg, feed and organic fertiliser plants. The site includes poultry houses, control laboratories and cold storage facilities.

Our feed plant meets the feed needs of our shell egg production and also sells to the domestic market. The organic fertiliser plant, for its part, produces for agricultural soil applications.

PRODUCTION / TECHNICAL APPROACH

Complex C: production lines and processes

Complex C in Yeniköy, Manyas combines shell egg production, a feed plant serving the feed needs of that production, and organic fertiliser operations.

Feed raw materials
RAW MATERIAL / PROCESS / PRODUCT

Feed, agriculture and organic matter

On the same site, we turn manure from hens fed on our own feed into organic fertiliser.

Facility activity

Shell eggs

We produce eggs in closed-system, computer-controlled poultry houses and collect them on automatic belts without hand contact.

Facility activity

Poultry feed

Feed production supports the ration requirements of the poultry operations. We store the main raw materials, such as maize, wheat and barley, in silos with temperature, humidity and ventilation control.

Facility activity

Organic fertiliser

We produce organic fertiliser by composting poultry manure; the high temperature during composting destroys harmful bacteria.

OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS

From raw material to final product

At Complex C, we carry out interlinked production stages, from rearing to feed and organic fertiliser, on a single site.

  1. 01Rearing and husbandry

Poultry health, flock management and the feeding programme form the basic stages of egg production.

  2. 02Egg collection and grading

Shell eggs enter the commercial product flow in line with appropriate grading and quality control criteria.

  3. 03Storage and shipment

Eggs are kept in our cold stores and distributed through our marketing network.

  4. 04Managing feed ingredients

Ration formulation and raw material evaluation are considered together with the animal's nutrient requirements at each stage of production.

  5. 05Organic fertiliser preparation

Organic inputs are composted and checked for hygiene, maturation and product stability.

QUALITY / PRODUCT SUITABILITY

There are control laboratories and cold storage for shell eggs.
